Q: How many sessions are needed?

A: That is a tough question, because everyone is so different. We all have different diets, lifestyles, environment…

For a simple headache or pain, most of the time one session is enough.

For more serious problems, logically, it will take longer. The longer you have lived with a health problem, the longer it will take (although there are always exceptions to that rule).

I usually recommend five sessions to start with, stretched out to two and a half weeks. Those may be enough for amazing results, but if not at least it will be enough to give us an idea of how many more we would need.
